ECARP has five programmes that have been shaped and developed in accordance with the external context and terrain of operation. The inter-linkages between the various programmes have been worked through both conceptually and in the implementation of activities. Through its four programmatic areas, ECARP supports farm workers, dwellers and small-scale farmers to meet practical and day-to-day needs, whilst simultaneously supporting these groups to critically engage with structural poverty and inequalities.
